Charter ESSO will be available until 10/31 for any users that have not been granted access via new Waypoint self service process

Locked accounts

An automated process blocks GitLab users who have not performed any work in 45 days, freeing up license seats. Blocked users are automatically restored on their next login attempt: on the first failed login attempt, the system automatically unblocks their account, the user receives a notification via Webex and email confirming their account has been restored, and the user can then log in normally.
